Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer is valid for a limited time or is subject to certain conditions, this shall be clearly stated.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the goods and/or services offered.
Obvious mistakes or clerical errors in the offer are not binding on the company.
The offer clearly states the rights and obligations of the consumer if they accept the offer.

If the contract is concluded electronically, the company shall promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance.
The company takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data.
The company may, within legal limits, assess whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations and any other relevant facts. If there are reasonable grounds, the company may refuse an order or attach special conditions.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The cooling-off period starts the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, receives the goods.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care.
If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify the company within the period, for example via a standard form.

Obvious pricing errors are not binding on the company.
Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty

Any additional warranty provided by the company does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.
Article 10 – Delivery and Execution
The company will take due care in receiving and executing orders.
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
Orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is delayed or cannot be carried out (in whole or in part), the consumer will be informed within 30 days.
In case of withdrawal due to delay, any amounts paid will be refunded promptly.

The consumer is obliged to report inaccuracies in payment details without delay.
If payment is not made, the company is entitled to charge reasonable costs permitted by law.
